I have learned that courage exists after doing the thing you are most afraid of. I have learned that God gives you every instinct needed to survive. I have learned to trust my heart and not my head, listening to every secret God whispers to me. I have learned that beauty is fleeting and that being a good person matters more. I have learned that health follows happiness, happiness follows good nature and only then real beauty comes. I have learned I am a much stronger person than I ever imagined. I am still learning to embrace change and be open with myself and others. I am still learning to always be positive, honest, open and real.
